Salsa Cowchipper Carbon Bars - 42 cm
The Salsa Cowchipper Carbon is a drop handlebar made for riders who want a more open, comfortable position for gravel riding, bikepacking, and mixed-surface adventures. Its flared shape gives your hands and wrists more room when riding in the drops, which can be especially useful when the road gets rough or you want a wider, more stable hand position.
This 42 cm version uses carbon construction and combines a compact 68 mm reach with a 116 mm drop, keeping the controls relatively easy to reach while still giving you multiple hand positions for longer rides. The 24° flare and 12° drop angle give the lower portion of the bar its distinctive outward shape without making the tops feel excessively wide.
