Equipment safety & buying notes
Read this guidance alongside the product’s photos, condition rating, and item-specific notes.
Condition and wear
Our condition guide explains what each wear rating means. Details of a particular repair, missing component, limitation, or unusual damage belong in that product’s listing.
When several matching items are available
For listings with multiple matching skis or snowboards, the item supplied will match the make, model, size, and configuration described in the listing. Scratches, topsheet wear, base wear, repairs, and cosmetic condition may vary between items. Our staff will choose the item in the best condition from the available items matching your selection. Check the listing’s condition notes and ask our crew if you need clarification or additional photos.
New and display items
New / Unused gear may have minor marks from storage or handling and may be missing tags or original packaging. Any specific showroom or display history stated in a product listing applies only to that item; it does not describe used gear.
Equipment safety and setup
Skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks. The buyer is responsible for proper inspection, setup, adjustment, maintenance, and use of the equipment.
Read the product’s specific warnings, compatibility information, repair notes, and limitations before ordering. A condition rating describes wear; it does not replace those details.
