The Völkl Mantra 88 is a powerful all-mountain ski for skiers who spend plenty of time carving groomers but still want something capable when the snow gets chopped up or the terrain gets a little more interesting. With an 88mm waist, it stays quick edge to edge while offering more versatility than a narrower frontside ski.
Völkl uses a Tailored Titanal Frame for a damp, supportive feel at speed, along with Tailored Carbon Tips to help keep turn initiation responsive. The 3D Radius Sidecut blends different turn shapes, letting the ski work through tighter turns while still feeling comfortable opening things up into longer, faster arcs. In the 177cm length, this is a strong option for intermediate to advanced skiers looking for a capable everyday resort ski.

These skis have seen some action. The topsheets are in good shape overall, with normal cosmetic scratching and a few small chips. The bases show moderate to heavy scratching, with some areas filled with P-Tex. Overall, they have definitely been used but are still ready for plenty more fun. They also have a fresh edge and wax, so they’re ready to ski right out of the box.
