Damage protection
Covers repairable damage. Normal wear is never charged.
Missing, stolen, unreturned, and unrepairable gear are excluded. Additional charges follow your signed rental agreement and its applicable caps.

Do I need an appointment for fitting?
No appointment needed. Walk in with every renter and your order confirmation. We'll verify payment and the waiver, then fit your gear before you take it home.
Can I choose exact skis, a snowboard, or sizes online?
No. You buy a package online; equipment, sizing, and binding adjustments are handled at your in-store fitting.
Can I book for my whole family?
Yes. Add a named package for each renter and pay for everyone together.
Does paying online complete the waiver?
No. The Smartwaiver is separate from payment. Every renter must be covered by a signed waiver before taking gear home.
Who signs the waiver for children?
A parent or legal guardian signs for all minors, including those renting an adult-priced package.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit is required. Damage protection is optional and costs $35.00 per rental package.
What does damage protection exclude?
Missing, stolen, unreturned, destroyed, incomplete or unrepairable equipment is not covered. Gearonimo determines repairability and any additional charges under the signed rental agreement, including its applicable charge caps.
When do I return the equipment?
Return the complete setup to Gearonimo by May 31.
Can I keep my rental after the season?
You can purchase your rental setup for an additional $100.
How is my rental tracked?
Your order records each renter and package. Staff records the assigned equipment at pickup.
