Shipping & returns

Shipping: Lower 48 states only. Free shipping on standard used gear. Skis, snowboards, and oversized gear ship for $40 per large item (per pair of skis). We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

When we ship: Orders placed before 12 PM Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping date is not delivery date; transit time varies by carrier and destination.

Online returns: Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible mailed returns on orders with an original merchandise subtotal of $50 or more after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. Your first message counts as your request date. Keep gear in its received condition; indoor try-ons are welcome.

Return costs: You pay return shipping for fit or change-of-mind returns. Most items have no restocking fee; a $35 fee per return applies only when it includes skis, snowboards, or an item identified as oversized before purchase. Original shipping is not refunded, and we do not deduct outbound shipping afterward on free-shipping orders.

In-store credit: Bring online purchases into our Colorado Springs shop within 48 hours of delivery for store credit, including orders under $50. Shop purchases have a 48-hour window from purchase. Same-condition requirements apply.

Problems with an order: Contact us about wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed items regardless of order value—even after the usual window. We cover return shipping, waive restocking fees, and refund the affected item, applicable tax, and attributable original shipping.
